Senior Product Manager

TL;DR

Senior Product Manager: Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for one or more B2B software products with an accent on end-to-end product lifecycle, user discovery, and cross-functional execution. Focus on translating competitive signals and customer needs into actionable plans, measuring market/user value, and steering pivots based on performance data.

Location: Hybrid (from Quebec office, 3 days per week)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through production and ongoing improvement.
• Define and maintain product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Run market research and user discovery, validating approaches via prototypes and user testing.
• Lead cross-functional execution across engineering, UX, QA, documentation, marketing, sales, and customer success.
• Track product performance and user value using monitoring and analytics tools; adjust direction as needed.
• Ensure product backlog clarity and visibility; coordinate launches and ongoing support with key stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management/product strategy experience delivering outcomes for complex B2B software/technology products.
• Proven track record taking a B2B product/platform from concept to successful market launch (or relaunch).
• Experience with enterprise customers (discovery, advisory boards, QBRs, or beta programs).
• Demonstrated ability to perform market/competitive analysis, customer discovery, value proposition development, and roadmap prioritization.
• Ability to lead cross-functional execution and influence business results (e.g., ARR growth, adoption, retention, satisfaction).
• Comfort working hybrid from the Quebec office (3 days per week) and communicating with stakeholders in person and via Microsoft Teams.
