AI Builder, Principal Product Manager

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Salary: CAD 142,000–207,900 per year base salary, with potential bonuses, stock grants, and benefits.

What you will do

• Identify platform seams, bottlenecks, and handoffs where new approaches can create substantial customer and business value.
• Define product direction for ambiguous, multi-system problems and determine which existing capabilities should be replaced, simplified, or improved.
• Build AI-assisted prototypes and working proofs with AI tools, prompts, real systems, and data.
• Partner with experience designers and developers to shape solutions end to end.
• Present clear before-and-after evidence and translate findings into the platform’s future direction and an achievable delivery path.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience driving product direction in complex technical environments.
• Strong customer and business understanding, product judgment, and experimentation experience.
• Hands-on experience building AI-assisted prototypes or demos, including prompt design, agentic workflows, and tool integrations.
• Ability to work across product, engineering, and experience design without relying on functional handoffs.
• Ability to synthesize user needs, business context, and technical constraints into clear direction.
• Ability to influence stakeholders, drive alignment, and operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.

Nice to have

• Experience launching 0-to-1 products or features, especially workflow-heavy enterprise products or greenfield SaaS.
• Experience structuring product intent for agentic work and validating it through hypothesis-driven, metrics-based iteration.
• Experience comparing multiple solution approaches based on outcomes.
• Familiarity with complex multi-system environments and platform-level change.
