Senior Product Manager (Salesforce Platform)

hirify.global is presenting this opportunity on behalf of a partner company developing enterprise Salesforce products and AI-driven DevOps capabilities.

What you will do

• Define and drive a multi-year product strategy and roadmap across DevOps, backup and archive, trust and security, data seeding, and industry solutions.
• Identify market opportunities and translate Salesforce architecture, metadata, deployment, security, Agentforce, Data Cloud, and multi-org requirements into enterprise product capabilities.
• Lead AI-powered DevOps initiatives, including intelligent deployment agents, AI-assisted code review, automated security scanning, and predictive release management.
• Define secure extensibility and governance approaches for autonomous AI agents and AI-driven workflows in Salesforce environments.
• Work directly with enterprise customers, prospects, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering on discovery, strategic accounts, requirements, prioritization, and releases.
• Monitor product KPIs, conduct competitive analysis, and deliver releases, revenue opportunities, and improvements in competitive positioning.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, including at least 3 years focused on the Salesforce ecosystem or adjacent technologies.
• Deep technical understanding of Salesforce metadata-driven architecture, deployment pipelines, sandboxes, packaging, security models, Apex, Lightning, and the ISV partner ecosystem.
• Track record of launching and scaling products adopted by enterprise customers, especially Fortune 500 or regulated organizations.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, release management, security, compliance, or enterprise governance technologies.
• Hands-on experience writing PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, working with customers, reviewing designs, and participating in sprint reviews.
• Strong communication and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to work across executive leadership, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and enterprise customers.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Salesforce AppExchange ecosystem, preferably as an ISV or within a Salesforce-native product organization.
• Experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein, Data Cloud, product-led growth, or regulated-industry governance.
• Willingness to travel or participate in customer, industry, and Salesforce ecosystem events.
