Location: Remote across Canada; in-person onboarding and/or identity verification may be required depending on the role and location.
Salary: CAD $124,700–$182,875 base salary, with potential annual bonuses, commissions for eligible roles, and stock grants.

What you will do
- Own product strategy, roadmaps, priorities, and portfolio decisions for an assigned People & Places technology domain.
- Evaluate tools, vendors, contracts, renewals, consolidation, divestment, and investment opportunities through structured business cases.
- Translate complex employee and business challenges into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes.
- Lead collaboration with engineering through discovery, development, delivery, launch, and ongoing optimization.
- Build experience and intelligence layers above core systems such as Workday while protecting business logic, data ownership, and insights.
- Define KPIs and dashboards, identify risks and opportunities, and drive adoption of centralized technology models.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience owning products or platforms from definition through delivery and operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong experience partnering with engineering teams to scope, prioritize, sequence, and deliver technical initiatives.
- Ability to operate autonomously, work through ambiguity, establish direction, and influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for translating complex technical and business concepts to diverse audiences.
- Must be based in Canada; English communication proficiency is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with Workday, Eightfold, learning systems, or talent management platforms.
- Experience building or scaling internal enterprise products, data platforms, or integration services.
- Familiarity with generative AI or AI-assisted product management tools.
