What you will do

• Manage end-to-end new product development projects from feasibility to final launch.
• Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring adherence to specifications, timelines, and cost targets.
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams including Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, and Engineering.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate on project documentation (DHF) in compliance with medical device regulations.
• Support strategic initiatives, including due diligence for acquisitions and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Engineering.
• 5-7 years of experience in Project Management within a highly regulated environment.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and resolve conflicts to achieve objectives.
• Strong understanding of project risk management and process improvement methodologies.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with medical device product development.
• Experience with software product development.
• PMP certification or similar professional training.
