Associate Project Management Director

TL;DR

Associate Project Management Director (Clinical Research): Lead complex full-service global clinical trials and a project portfolio with an accent on project oversight, risk management, vendor governance, and regulatory compliance. Focus on people leadership and development, portfolio KPI ownership, and supporting business development through RFPs, feasibility assessments, and bid defenses.

What you will do

• Lead complex full-service global projects and portfolio delivery.
• Provide project oversight including risk management, vendor governance, and strategic guidance to the project team.
• Own and monitor portfolio and project KPIs (milestones, margins, revenues, compliance, and operational performance).
• Manage and develop people, including performance reviews, training, utilization, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure accurate reporting and documentation across CTMS, LMS, eTMF, and related platforms.
• Support business development activities (RFPs, feasibility assessments, proposal development, and bid defenses).

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of clinical research experience, preferably across both pharma and CRO environments.
• Minimum 4 years of global project management experience (EU, NA, APAC) within a CRO environment.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and related standards and regulations (ICH Guidelines, CTR/CTIS, ISO 14155, MEDDEV/MDCG).
• Experience with end-to-end drug development and project execution.
• Fluent English.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 20%.
