What you will do

• Manage and complete moderate to complex projects in administrative functions, including continuous process improvement.
• Implement Continuous Improvement processes and operational excellence methods across the Asia Pacific region.
• Organize project teams, assign individual responsibilities, and develop detailed project schedules and resource plans.
• Monitor project status, including costs, timing, and staffing, while keeping management informed of deviations.
• Provide Project Management training and stewardship to ensure success and on-time delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably within manufacturing or regulated industries.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional, multi-site projects with senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with schedule, cost, risk, and financial management.
• Experience working in global matrix organizations with indirect reporting lines.
• Familiarity with PMO tools, portfolio reporting, or governance frameworks.

Nice to have

• Formal Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM, Lean).
• Training or experience in regulated environments (ISO 13485, MDR/FDA fundamentals).
• Experience with manufacturing transfers, NPI, or productivity/cost-improvement programs.
