What you will do

  • Implement and oversee client pharmacovigilance projects, managing day-to-day interactions and project plans.
  • Ensure project scope, quality, and timelines are met while identifying and managing risks.
  • Lead internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas and minutes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and ensure financial targets, including revenue recognition and forecasting, are achieved.
  • Represent the company during client and internal pharmacovigilance audits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to global safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Life Sciences degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in project management.
  • 4+ years of experience in pharmacovigilance or clinical development.
  • Strong understanding of ICH-GCP, FDA, EMA, and other relevant global regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and web-based applications.
