What you will do

• Lead rail and transit projects to meet client objectives, timelines, and budgets across various procurement models.
• Mentor and motivate professional staff to build a high-performing, collaborative team.
• Oversee daily project operations, including task assignments, scheduling, and quality reviews.
• Supervise the preparation of technical reports and ensure adherence to industry standards.
• Support proposal development and pursue new opportunities with provincial and municipal clients.
• Implement corrective action plans to address cost overruns, delays, or scope changes.

Requirements

• Degree in a relevant Engineering discipline.
• Chartered Engineer status.
• Proven experience in Project Leadership within the Infrastructure, Rail, or Construction industry.
• Demonstrable experience working within an Alliance on Rail/Infrastructure projects.
• Deep understanding of rail and infrastructure engineering principles.
