What you will do

• Design and own the global sales coaching program, establishing measurable standards for sales leaders.
• Define and track KPIs to measure the long-term adoption and success of the coaching framework.
• Architect comprehensive training plans to drive master-level adoption of tools including Gong, Highspot, Outreach, LinkedIn, and Salesforce.
• Analyze tool utilization data to identify skill gaps and iteratively resolve adoption friction.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership and GTM Operations to align coaching standards with corporate revenue goals.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Sales Enablement, GTM Operations, or Sales Leadership.
• Deep technical proficiency in revenue tech stacks (Gong, Highspot, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce).
• Proven experience deploying AI-driven tools and prompt engineering workflows for knowledge management.
• Certification in formal sales coaching frameworks (e.g., Challenger, Command of the Message, Sandler).
• Previous experience in a fast-paced SaaS or cloud communications environment.
• Must be based in Canada.
