What you will do

• Lead large-scale, multi-million dollar transformative IT programs from client vision through to value realization.
• Deconstruct strategic visions into interconnected projects and coordinate the project managers leading them.
• Manage program governance, financial forecasts, costs, margins, and scope control.
• Oversee multi-stream, multi-vendor environments with complex interdependencies.
• Drive Agile delivery at scale as an expert Scrum Master using JIRA for reporting and visibility.
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to project managers and technical teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading complex IT programs in professional services or systems integration.
• Fluency in French and proficiency in English are required.
• Must be based in or able to work from Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
• Expert-level Scrum Master capability and advanced proficiency in JIRA.
• Proven experience managing $10M+ complex programs in infrastructure, cloud, or security.
• Strong technical credibility in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and network architectures.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 Practitioner.
• Experience managing vendor ecosystems and commercial contracts.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and modern delivery models.
