What you will do

• Manage the design intake and prioritization pipeline, aligning work with strategic priorities and capacity.
• Oversee resource allocation across competing demands and provide visibility into capacity constraints.
• Coordinate dependencies and hand-offs across designers and cross-functional partners.
• Establish and monitor delivery standards, governance rhythms, and program-level KPIs.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and systemic blockers across the design portfolio.
• Act as the central point of contact for portfolio status for senior leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of program or project management experience in digital design or software product environments.
• Proven track record of managing a portfolio of concurrent programs.
• Solid understanding of modern design processes (UX, UI, Brand, Visual design).
• Proficiency with tools like ClickUp, Aha!, or Azure DevOps.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Agile/Scrum, or PRINCE2.
• Experience with data visualization and operational metrics reporting.
