What you will do

• Lead and facilitate bid strategy sessions, workshops, and senior review panels.
• Interpret client requirements to develop winning, compliant strategies.
• Oversee the production of high-quality, compelling bid responses.
• Collaborate with directors and subject matter experts to define value propositions.
• Manage multiple complex bids simultaneously while ensuring quality and consistency.
• Coach and mentor junior bid managers and writers within the team.

Requirements

• Must have extensive experience in bid management within construction, engineering, or major infrastructure.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end bid processes for high-value projects.
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft compelling, client-focused content.
• Strong leadership and ability to drive collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Degree in a relevant subject or equivalent demonstrable experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK.

Nice to have

• Professional certification such as APMP Practitioner or higher.
