Traffic Management Lead (Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end management of Streetworks activities from application through to close-out.
• Oversee the implementation, coordination, and maintenance of all Streetworks permits, notices, and asset records for nationwide projects.
• Act as the central liaison point between clients, Local Authorities, statutory undertakers, and internal project teams.
• Create and maintain weekly forecasts of live permits and notices to proactively resolve issues and prevent penalties.
• Support Project Managers in organizing documentation, producing progress reports, and managing resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with company SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) policies both on site and in the office.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Alness, Scotland (Hybrid).
• Strong working knowledge of Streetworks legislation, processes, and Local Authority permit requirements.
• Experience supporting Overhead Lines and HV Underground Cabling projects.
• Ability to obtain, manage, and interpret utility asset records for multiple asset owners.
• Proven experience liaising with Local Authorities, clients, and subcontractors.
• Understanding of SHE requirements in site and office environments.
