What you will do

  • Develop and implement HSE compliance frameworks including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
  • Manage compliance assurance for high-risk programmes such as Asbestos, Legionella, and Radon across 8,000+ sites.
  • Utilize management information to proactively identify risks, trends, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and strategic alliance partners like CBRE to ensure regulatory alignment.
  • Lead the integration of HSE into operational strategies and promote a safety-first culture.
  • Ensure all HSE policies and procedures remain current and effective.

Requirements

  • Must hold a level 6 professional safety qualification (e.g., NEBOSH Diploma).
  • Must hold full membership with a recognised professional body (IOSH).
  • Strong understanding and application of regulatory frameworks including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
  • Proven ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in identifying solutions for HSE management and property portfolio risks.

Nice to have

  • Environmental related qualification such as IEMA Certificate.
  • Experience in contract and supplier management.
