IT Support Officer

What you will do

• Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support for hardware, software, networking, and application issues.
• Manage file and print services, and perform installation and configuration of enterprise applications.
• Handle asset management, lifecycle tracking, and mobile device support.
• Set up, support, and maintain audio-visual systems across office sites.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and participate in larger IT projects.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies.

Requirements

• Must be based in Halifax or Ottawa, Canada.
• Must be able to pass a security vetting process; Canadian citizenship may be required for clearance.
• Experience working in an enterprise IT support environment.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise device management processes and tools.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and SCCM.
• Understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
