Location: Onsite at 20 Duncan Street, Toronto, ON M5H3G8, Canada. Support remote sites with occasional visits; flexible hours including weekends if needed.

Salary: 70,000–85,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Provide onsite and remote technical support to end users, VIPs, and senior stakeholders with quick issue resolution.
  • Record and monitor support requests in helpdesk (e.g., Jira), follow escalation processes.
  • Manage Windows 11 and Mac OS builds, hardware inventory, device lifecycle, and security compliance.
  • Administer OKTA for identity/access, support Microsoft 365 apps (Teams, Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint).
  • Use Intune, Autopilot, JAMF for deployments, scripting, profiles, and endpoint management.
  • Maintain AV/video conferencing equipment and collaborate on new system rollouts and testing.

Requirements

  • Work independently with minimal supervision, excellent written/verbal communication.
  • Flexible hours including weekends; support remote sites with occasional visits.
  • Experience with Windows 11, Mac OS troubleshooting/deployment; senior stakeholder support.
  • Proficiency in Autopilot/Intune, JAMF, Manage Engine; Microsoft 365 advanced knowledge.
  • Helpdesk systems (Jira), ITIL concepts, network/printer troubleshooting, software packaging/patching.
