Senior Analyst, TechEx (IT Support)

TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Montréal, Canada) - requires presence in the office a minimum of four days per week

What you will do

• Provide advanced deskside and remote support to end users, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
• Provision user accounts, mailboxes, licenses, and other service-related resources.
• Configure and administer tasks across various IT platforms using internal tooling.
• Partner with engineering teams to design and transition recurring activities into scalable workflows.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and task execution.
• Oversee the technical aspects of onboarding and offboarding workflows with minimal escalation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an IT support or deskside analyst role with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems including Active Directory, Exchange, and Microsoft 365.
• Fluency in both English and French (written and oral) is required to support employees across Canada and the USA.
• Ability to analyze complex technical issues and recommend long-term solutions.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills with the ability to work autonomously.
• Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
