Continuous Improvement Specialist (Lean Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead and execute hands-on continuous improvement projects across safety, quality, delivery, productivity, inventory, and cost.
• Work on the shop floor to observe processes, identify waste, engage employees, and address problems at their source.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing, structured problem solving, and root cause analysis to improve and sustain processes.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and coach Operations, Quality, Warehouse, and local Leadership teams.
• Use data, performance metrics, and process observations to prioritize opportunities, track progress, and validate savings.
• Standardize improvements through standard work, visual management, training, and continuous follow-up.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, operations, engineering, or a related field, preferably in manufacturing.
• Skills in Lean methodologies, structured problem solving, root cause analysis, process improvement, and waste reduction.
• Experience leading improvement projects and facilitating cross-functional teams to achieve measurable results.
• Ability to work hands-on in a manufacturing environment and engage with frontline teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Experience with Excel, Power BI, or other data analysis tools.
