Industrial Engineer (Manufacturing)

Salary: $83,300–$133,280 annually

What you will do

• Optimize assembly methods, production processes, and equipment to improve labor efficiency, quality, cost, and safety.
• Define production phase sequences, cycle times, equipment requirements, and materials for new processes.
• Identify and lead process improvement projects while managing quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
• Approve internally and externally developed process designs and perform final project testing.
• Support production and maintenance teams during process and equipment start-up, including training and action planning.
• Evaluate new process technologies and lead testing, approval, and external provider selection.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution facility.
• Experience with project management and a proven record of driving and sustaining change.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and SAP or similar ERP systems is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, and 5S is preferred.
• Already authorized to work in the United States for hirify.global.
