Go-To-Market (GTM) Expansion Manager (B2B Sales): Build a new European market end to end by researching the market, sharpening the ICP, and winning the first deals with a hands-on full sales cycle. Focus on translating complex product value into ROI business cases, developing outbound playbooks with BDRs, and feeding structured insights back to Product and Leadership to shape international expansion.

What you will do
- Open up one new European market end to end: refine ICP, define target accounts, win first deals, and lay the foundation for regional growth.
- Run the full B2B sales cycle: discovery, demo, potential analysis on real ERP data, ROI business case, and closing.
- Work with a BDR to develop the outbound playbook for the market (messaging, sequences, segments, channels).
- Coordinate local marketing activities to generate pipeline.
- Provide structured insights back to Product, Marketing, and Leadership to shape how expands internationally.
Requirements
- Customer-facing experience and first go-to-market exposure: sold to customers or worked closely with them; strong understanding of B2B sales.
- Entrepreneurial, founder-like mindset: ability to build and own market results when no playbook exists.
- Hands-on execution: proactive pipeline generation, including early cold outreach and early discoveries.
- Ability to grasp complex products and sell value over features, translating technical depth into business impact.
- Fluent business-level English.
- Willingness to travel within target markets.
