What you will do

  • Own a named mid-market account book by managing inbound leads and outbound outreach to high-potential prospects.
  • Manage the full customer lifecycle: prospecting, contracting, onboarding, growth, and renewals.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets and key sales metrics.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders, understand pain points, and align AI solutions to customer needs.
  • Run high-velocity tailored client evaluations, including product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Develop sales playbooks and collaborate with engineering and product teams to tailor solutions; travel to customer and company offices may be required.

Requirements

  • Proven track record selling complex software solutions using consultative, solutions-oriented, value-based selling.
  • Fluency in English and German (spoken and written).
  • Ability to independently run a sales cycle end-to-end and manage a pipeline with accurate forecasting.
  • Strong ability to lead multi-threaded deals with both executives and day-to-day product users, including conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Passion for AI and its applications in knowledge work, with interest in the legal profession (legal industry experience is a plus).
  • Ability to maintain CRM hygiene and execute with high velocity.
