TL;DR
VP Revenue (SaaS): Driving 's commercial growth and international expansion through optimized GTM, outbound sales, and RevOps strategies with an accent on scaling a high-performance commercial motion in a PLG/MLG environment. Focus on building outbound functions from scratch, entering new global markets, and aligning the full funnel across Product and Marketing.
Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Germany (104 days remote per year post-probation)
Salary: EUR 150,000 – 200,000 OTE + option program

What you will do
- Own and execute the global revenue strategy, including outbound sales, GTM, and RevOps.
- Lead the international expansion strategy, prioritizing new markets and localizing GTM.
- Coach and manage sales, account management, and RevOps teams to build a world-class commercial motion.
- Partner with Product and Marketing to align PLG/MLG and sales motions across the full funnel.
- Establish a data-driven revenue culture with tight forecasting and revenue reporting.
- Contribute to overall company strategy as part of the management team working directly with the CEO.
Requirements
- Proven VP-level sales leadership in B2B SaaS with a track record of delivering numbers.
- Experience leading international expansion and winning in new markets.
- Proven ability to build and scale outbound sales functions.
- 7+ years of B2B SaaS commercial experience, with 2+ years in a Head of / VP leadership position.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Berlin, Germany.

- Experience in HR tech, recruitment software, or adjacent SaaS verticals.
- Strong network within the European SaaS ecosystem.
- Experience managing or collaborating closely with a marketing function.
