What you will do

  • Qualify, follow up, educate, and develop inbound and outbound leads to progress prospects through the sales process.
  • Respond to inbound marketing leads according to SLAs and generate sales-ready meetings for sales executives.
  • Research target accounts, identify key personas, add contacts/emails, and drive interest via cold discovery calls and email campaigns.
  • Use taught sales techniques and strong selling/influencing skills to uncover customer needs and pitch hirify.global’s solution.
  • Log, track, and maintain Salesforce lead-to-opportunity flow and distribute leads/meetings to assigned sales executives.
  • Cover the DACH Territory and collaborate with Sales Directors and Marketing; attend customer meetings, training, and local trade shows as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–3 years of prospecting experience.
  • Fluent German required to cover the DACH Territory.
  • Familiarity with sales/prospecting systems, specifically Salesforce, Outreach.io, and ZoomInfo (and other prospecting tools).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong business and tech acumen, with the ability to understand customer needs and close a successful product sale.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
