Location: Hybrid: Must be based in New York, USA (minimum 2-3 days per week in office)

Salary: $150,000 - $170,000 plus bonus

What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including SaaS, master services, reseller, and distribution agreements.
• Manage data processing agreements and strategic marketing arrangements.
• Partner with Global Sales, Finance, and Deal Desk to provide scalable legal support.
• Drive legal team initiatives and coordinate projects to improve internal processes as the company scales.
• Conduct legal research and provide guidance on IP, employment, and cyber incident response.

Requirements

• Active membership in good standing with the New York Bar.
• 2–6 years of relevant experience in a top law firm (transactional practice) or in-house legal department.
• Familiarity with Legal AI tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
