What you will do

• Manage global HR functions including Talent Acquisition, HRBP, engagement, L&D, and payroll.
• Lead critical hiring for technical, commercial, and corporate roles across multiple regions.
• Partner with founders on organization design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
• Implement practical performance management and feedback frameworks used by managers.
• Ensure global compliance, compensation fairness, and payroll accuracy across various countries.
• Build and mentor a high-ownership HR team to scale with the business.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading end-to-end HR in a fast-growing international organization.
• Strong hands-on ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels.
• Experience managing HR across multiple countries using local entities, remote setups, and EORs.
• Solid expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and HR operations.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to make pragmatic decisions in ambiguous situations.
• Must be based in London for a hybrid work arrangement.
