TL;DR

Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP): Strategic advisory to senior leaders across hirify.global’s International businesses, driving people strategies with an accent on employment legislation, complex employee relations, and organisational change. Focus on partnering in a global matrix organisation while supporting talent development, workforce planning, and integration through M&A and evolving operating models.

What you will do

  • Lead and manage complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation and company policies.
  • Coach leaders on performance management, employee engagement, and conflict resolution.
  • Support restructuring, change management, and consultation processes.
  • Drive talent management initiatives including talent reviews, succession planning, and development planning.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development to attract, retain, and develop high-performing talent.
  • Use data and insights to inform people-related decisions and measure effectiveness of HR interventions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years HR experience, including significant experience as an HR Business Partner or senior advisory role.
  • Proven experience partnering with senior leaders in a complex, matrixed, or international organisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations cases and organisational change.
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and coaching skills.
  • Commercially minded approach linking people initiatives to business outcomes.
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, technology, or a regulated environment.

Nice to have

  • CIPD qualification (Level 5 or Level 7) or equivalent.
  • Exposure to or experience with M&A.
  • Experience supporting international or EMEA client groups.
