Salary: $30 - $56 per hour

What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for users seeking technical assistance.
- Perform local and remote troubleshooting and resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner.
- Manage user accounts across Active Directory, Atlassian Cloud, and Office 365.
- Procure and provision IT equipment based on specific user requirements.
- Maintain and update the IT asset management system.
- Identify and suggest improvements for existing technical procedures.
Requirements
- Ability to lawfully access information and technology subject to US export controls.
- BS/BA degree, relevant technical certifications, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues with computer systems and mobile devices.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Must be able to work on-site in Torrance, California.
Nice to have
- Experience with Jira.
- Experience with Office 365.
