What you will do

• Manage and maintain IT systems, end-point devices, servers, infrastructure, and related hardware.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and IT incidents for users across multiple locations.
• Support infrastructure projects including cloud migrations, network redesigns, and security upgrades.
• Document completed tasks and system changes; deploy and manage workstations and mobile device configuration/policies (company-owned and BYOD).
• Test and verify new system changes and report findings while staying current with IT trends.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in systems engineering / infrastructure administration.
• Strong background in IT hardware, software, and cloud systems (workstations, Office365 apps, cloud services, security, collaboration tools).
• Experience with IT ticketing systems.
• MDM experience (e.g., InTune); JAMF is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Windows, Mac OS, and mobile devices.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, SMTP) and experience with Active Directory and Entra ID (SSO and auto provisioning).
