Salary: $30.00–$32.10 per hour

What you will do
- Deliver efficient technical support for hardware, software, and access issues across multiple channels.
- Maintain, configure, and repair end-user devices and peripherals to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage support tickets using ITIL-based systems, ensuring documentation and timely escalation.
- Collaborate with IT and Security teams to resolve urgent issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Provide hands-on hardware support and participate in project-based team initiatives.
- Support end-user service analysts and contribute to the creation of team procedures.
Requirements
- Must be based in Pawtucket, RI
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and knowledge of networking protocols.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to provide rotating evening and weekend support as assigned.
- Commitment to professional development and obtaining relevant IT certifications.
Nice to have
- ITIL, CompTIA+, Microsoft, or HDI certifications.
- Degree in a technical field.
