TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Pawtucket, RI

Salary: $30.00–$32.10 per hour

What you will do

  • Deliver efficient technical support for hardware, software, and access issues across multiple channels.
  • Maintain, configure, and repair end-user devices and peripherals to ensure optimal performance.
  • Manage support tickets using ITIL-based systems, ensuring documentation and timely escalation.
  • Collaborate with IT and Security teams to resolve urgent issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Provide hands-on hardware support and participate in project-based team initiatives.
  • Support end-user service analysts and contribute to the creation of team procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Pawtucket, RI
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
  • Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and knowledge of networking protocols.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to provide rotating evening and weekend support as assigned.
  • Commitment to professional development and obtaining relevant IT certifications.

Nice to have

  • ITIL, CompTIA+, Microsoft, or HDI certifications.
  • Degree in a technical field.
