What you will do

• Drive sales and customer count growth across a portfolio of 56 company-owned restaurants.
• Lead and develop a team of 9 District Managers through coaching and performance management.
• Ensure adherence to food safety, quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Manage area profit objectives and budgets in collaboration with finance and marketing partners.
• Foster an inclusive work environment and support diversity initiatives within the management workforce.
• Participate in restaurant planning and implement strategic business initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Orlando, Florida.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in operations management with significant P&L responsibility.
• Proven experience managing multi-unit operations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and develop diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking capabilities.
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.
