Sr. Director, Growth and Strategy (Aerospace)

Location: Hybrid in Buffalo, NY or remote within the US

Salary: $225,000–$325,000 Annually

What you will do

• Develop and execute division-level growth strategies and long-range plans.
• Lead market analysis, competitive intelligence, and portfolio planning to inform investment decisions.
• Partner with Business Units, Engineering, and Finance to align strategic priorities with business objectives.
• Guide investment prioritization, including B&P planning and capability development.
• Represent the Space Division at industry forums and engage with key stakeholders.
• Define and track key strategic metrics to ensure focus on priority initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Economics (MBA preferred).
• 15+ years of experience in strategy, business development, or leadership roles.
• 5+ years in a strategic leadership role with people management experience.
• Strong background in the Space, Defense, or Aerospace sectors.
• Must be able to access U.S. export-controlled information.
• Ability to travel 30%–50% of the time.
