What you will do

• Own occupancy, net operating income (NOI), and resident experience from pre-opening through stabilization.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a leadership team across concierge, culinary, maintenance, and housekeeping departments.
• Partner with the Community Relations Director to manage the lease-up funnel, pipeline reviews, and move-in pacing.
• Develop the operating budget and drive income through revenue optimization and expense control.
• Establish a strong local presence by building partnerships with healthcare providers and civic referral partners.
• Define the community culture and ensure a high-touch, concierge-level resident experience.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of senior living leadership (IL / AL / Active Adult) or comparable hospitality leadership experience.
• Proven success in lease-up, occupancy growth, and team building.
• Strong P&L fluency and ability to make financial trade-offs to protect the bottom line.
• Experience in pre-opening environments and a builder's mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Montgomery, Texas.
