What you will do

• Manage imaging equipment in the assigned territory, including troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance.
• Execute field service bulletins and collaborate with Project Management and Installation teams to validate deployments.
• Provide detailed technical feedback on product performance, reliability, and design issues to the US DR product team.
• Collaborate with sales to identify prospects and provide technical support for upgrades and new equipment sales.
• Interface with hospital IT administrators and outside vendors to resolve complex technical problems.
• Ensure maximum uptime and performance of all hirify.global systems through prompt hardware and software resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technology field.
• 5+ years of field experience working with traditional x-ray rooms, digital x-ray equipment, and computed radiography (CR) systems.
• Expertise in electronic and electromechanical systems.
• Knowledge of networking (UNIX, Windows) and databases (Oracle, SQL).
• Eligibility to travel overnight within the US and Canada.
• Eligibility to apply for US National Agency Check (NAC) security clearances.

Nice to have

• MCSE, Network+, and CIIP Certifications.
• Experience with PACS, RIS, and EMR systems.
