What you will do

• Execute regular and irregular maintenance of Yieldstar systems with high independence.
• Analyze complex technical problems, decide on initial approaches, and implement solutions or escalate to central support.
• Support and guide the 1st line engineering team on tool issues and provide technical mentorship.
• Document technical issues, create data-driven problem summaries, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Train customers in equipment use and routine maintenance, recommending changes to user procedures.
• Identify system gaps and report improvement opportunities to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant Technical Field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in roles requiring hands-on mechanical aptitude, knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, and semiconductor processes.
• Minimum 2 years of experience using data analysis tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology as defined by United States Export Administration Regulations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and flexibility to work night and weekend shifts.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally based on business needs.
