What you will do

• Commission and optimize audio, video, display, control, and networking equipment in the field.
• Collaborate with system programmers to load code and troubleshoot control system issues.
• Lead teams on large-scale integration projects.
• Provide remote technical support and mentorship to other field engineers.
• Diagnose complex technical problems and formulate effective solutions.
• Maintain current knowledge of industry technology, firmware updates, and field standards.

Requirements

• Must live within the New England territory
• Five or more years of directly related experience as a Field Engineer.
• AVIXA CTS Certification is required
• Valid driver’s license in the state of residence.
• Strong knowledge of audio, video, and network-based systems.
• Ability to occasionally climb ladders, use stairs, and lift up to 40 pounds.

Nice to have

• AVIXA CTS-D or CTS-I certification.
• DSP certification (Biamp, QSC, or BSS).
• Level one programming/configuration certification from Crestron or Extron.
• ISF Certification for displays.
