What you will do

• Coordinate installation activities and site readiness with Project Managers.
• Conduct pre-installation site inspections and represent company interests at customer meetings.
• Oversee 3rd party contractors and provide installation training to certified teams.
• Ensure all installations comply with health, safety, and manufacturer specifications.
• Perform hands-on installations and verify equipment operation.
• Manage project documentation, cost quotes, and reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Must be based in or near Dallas, TX with ability to travel 80-85% of the time.
• Associates Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent military training.
• 5 years of experience in service troubleshooting, repair, and interpreting technical drawings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and IT concepts.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet customer demands.
