What you will do

• Perform installation supervision, inspection, and repair of industrial equipment at customer sites.
• Execute precision alignment, 3D scanning, and equipment evaluations.
• Develop equipment layouts and manufacturing drawings using AutoCAD and Inventor.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers during assigned service projects.
• Collaborate with internal Engineering and Manufacturing teams to optimize design performance.
• Travel 30–50% to customer sites across North America.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or higher in Drafting, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or similar.
• Proven experience in field service, industrial equipment, or mechanical systems.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or Inventor.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and customer-facing experience.
• Ability to travel 30–50% as required.
• Must be based in or able to work from Springfield, MA.

Nice to have

• Experience with laser alignment and precision measurement tools.
• Familiarity with 3D scanning technologies.
• Knowledge of ceramic or wear-component applications.
