What you will do

• Lead the engineering design team for station-specific discipline work packages.
• Ensure station design alignment with programme objectives, operational requirements, and regulatory frameworks.
• Manage multidisciplinary design coordination including architecture, structural, MEP, and rail systems.
• Prepare engineering design drawings, reports, and technical specifications.
• Oversee interface management between stations and key programme components.
• Provide technical oversight for station constructability and commissioning readiness.

Requirements

• Accredited degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng. OIQ) or eligibility in Canada.
• 10+ years of experience in major infrastructure or transportation projects.
• Experience in rail, metro, or high-speed rail station design.
• Bilingual (English/French) proficiency preferred.
• Experience working in complex, highly regulated environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with Alliance, PPP, or Design-Build delivery models.
• Experience integrating new infrastructure with existing (brownfield) systems.
