What you will do

• Prepare and review quarterly fund-level client reporting across various private market strategies.
• Synthesize reporting materials from underlying sponsors into clear, client-facing performance commentary.
• Analyze fund and portfolio company performance data, including valuation movements and capital activity.
• Partner with fund administrators and internal stakeholders to validate quantitative data accuracy.
• Coordinate internal compliance review and approval processes for timely report distribution.
• Act as a product specialist, responding to inquiries regarding fund performance and capital activity.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in investment reporting, investor communications, or private markets.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial information.
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented approach to financial data and performance metrics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and presentation.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
