What you will do

• Own and enhance the fund-level model, including performance forecasts, scenario analysis, and portfolio construction insights.
• Support acquisition and disposal underwriting with transaction teams across Europe.
• Review asset-level business plans, budgets, valuations, and operational performance to identify risks and value creation opportunities.
• Prepare investment committee materials, portfolio reviews, strategic presentations, and quarterly investor reports.
• Assess the impact of debt structures, tax considerations, financing decisions, risk, and liquidity on fund performance.
• Translate complex analysis into concise recommendations for investment decisions.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in real estate investment, fund management, valuation, advisory, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling, underwriting, cash flow forecasting, scenario analysis, and Excel skills.
• Solid understanding of real estate investment fundamentals and valuation drivers.
• Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline, with a strong academic record.
• Commercial judgment, ownership, curiosity, problem-solving ability, and clear communication skills.
• Exposure to European real estate markets is advantageous; Argus or Forbury experience is helpful but not essential.

Nice to have

• CFA, RICS, or CAIA qualification, or progress toward one.
• Experience with Argus or Forbury.
