What you will do

• Partner with the PECC Team and other CSG groups to develop tailored credit solutions within the firm's risk parameters.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on private equity funds and sponsors across diverse strategies including buyout, real estate, and infrastructure.
• Build and maintain borrowing base certificates and sophisticated financial models/spreads.
• Analyze Limited Partner financial statements and credit data to support underwriting decisions and risk assessment.
• Evaluate the credit implications of complex structured loans.
• Draft committee memos for loan originations, modifications, and other ad-hoc transactions.

Requirements

• Strong interest in private equity and fund finance.
• Relevant work experience in underwriting, lending, investment banking, or credit roles preferred.
• Solid knowledge of financial accounting and financial analysis.
• Exceptional people and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
