What you will do

• Advise on and develop tailored credit solutions within the firm's risk parameters.
• Conduct diligence on private equity funds and sponsors, reviewing track records, financials, PPMs, and LPAs across buyout, real estate, infrastructure, and other strategies.
• Build and maintain borrowing base certificates, financial models, and analytical spreads.
• Analyze limited partner financial statements, subscription documentation, and credit data to support underwriting and risk assessment.
• Evaluate the credit implications of complex structured loans and draft committee memos for originations, modifications, and other transactions.
• Perform ongoing regulatory compliance and risk management activities.

Requirements

• Strong interest in private equity and fund finance, with an interest in innovative credit solutions.
• Knowledge of financial accounting and financial analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong people and project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work autonomously, collaborate across multiple teams, and manage changing priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience in underwriting, lending, commercial or private banking, investment banking, investor relations, private equity, or credit.
