TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (Automotive & Travel): Driving enterprise-level sales for AI-powered customer experience solutions with an accent on consultative selling and managing complex key accounts. Location: Must be based in or able to work from Frankfurt (Flexible/Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Manage and develop 5-10 dedicated key accounts in the automotive, travel, and logistics sectors.
  • Execute consultative sales strategies to position the full hirify.global CX portfolio.
  • Generate a robust sales pipeline through consistent outbound outreach and lead generation.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional internal teams and partner ecosystems to win complex sales cycles.
  • Take full ownership of revenue targets and sales quotas for assigned enterprise segments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful post-sales implementation and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of professional sales experience, specifically in Key Account Management and hunting roles.
  • Proven vertical experience within the Automotive, Travel, or Logistics industries.
  • Fluent in English with strong rhetorical and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client engagements.
  • Strong existing network within the AWS, Salesforce, or ServiceNow ecosystems.
