What you will do

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Integrate data from multiple sources, including Snowflake.
• Manage Power BI access permissions and administration processes.
• Support user acceptance testing and validate reporting outputs.
• Explore and implement AI tools like Copilot to optimize analytics workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong requirements gathering skills.
• Hands-on expertise in Power BI dashboard and report development.
• Experience working with data sources such as Snowflake.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Must be based in Brazil, Costa Rica, Mexico, or the US.
