What you will do

• Gather and document business requirements, translating them into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Map functional business requirements to Salesforce features and develop process diagrams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, operations, and technical delivery teams.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and testing cycles including UAT and regression.
• Coach and mentor the Scrum team to maintain focus and ensure successful implementation.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident and able to pass an HSPD-12 background investigation.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Scrum Master with end-to-end Salesforce implementation experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Salesforce configuration across Sales, Service, or Community clouds.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working within an Agile-driven development environment.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Salesforce Administration Certificate is required.
