What you will do

• Gather and document requirements for Air Force personnel lifecycles.
• Write user stories and define acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Serve as a liaison between product owners, development, and testing teams.
• Analyze Oracle database tables and code to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Negotiate and facilitate decision-making processes with government clients.
• Manage priorities and navigate ambiguous project situations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years of professional analyst experience.
• Must be a US citizen capable of obtaining a DoD Secret Clearance.
• Extensive experience with Oracle HR systems and SQL development.
• Strong familiarity with Agile/Scrum development frameworks.
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools including Jira and Confluence.
• Experience working with Air Force or government clients.
