What you will do
- Own complex, non-standard deals end-to-end, including multi-product transactions and pricing exceptions.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for Deal Desk Associates on deal structure, quoting, and approval questions.
- Build and maintain complex quotes in CPQ, ensuring accuracy and compliance during high-volume periods.
- Govern the Closed Won process to ensure data integrity in Salesforce and adherence to workflows.
- Collaborate with Finance and Legal on non-standard contract terms and pricing structures.
- Deliver enablement sessions for Sales reps on Deal Desk processes and CPQ best practices.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations in Enterprise B2B SaaS.
- Deep expertise in CPQ quoting, including complex quote builds and pricing logic.
- Strong Salesforce proficiency as a power user for managing accounts and opportunity data.
- Solid understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes and revenue recognition principles.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Demonstrated automation and AI capabilities.

- Familiarity with Notion and Jira/Atlassian.
