TL;DR

What you will do

  • Own complex, non-standard deals end-to-end, including multi-product transactions and pricing exceptions.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for Deal Desk Associates on deal structure, quoting, and approval questions.
  • Build and maintain complex quotes in CPQ, ensuring accuracy and compliance during high-volume periods.
  • Govern the Closed Won process to ensure data integrity in Salesforce and adherence to workflows.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Legal on non-standard contract terms and pricing structures.
  • Deliver enablement sessions for Sales reps on Deal Desk processes and CPQ best practices.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations in Enterprise B2B SaaS.
  • Deep expertise in CPQ quoting, including complex quote builds and pricing logic.
  • Strong Salesforce proficiency as a power user for managing accounts and opportunity data.
  • Solid understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes and revenue recognition principles.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Demonstrated automation and AI capabilities.

  • Experience working in a hirify.global environment.
  • Familiarity with Notion and Jira/Atlassian.
