Sales Manager, Mid-Market - UK (Digital Media Sales): Build and execute the Mid-Market UK sales strategy to drive revenue growth, while leading and coaching a sales team to exceed targets with Challenger sales rigor. Focus on developing scalable sales processes, partnering across Marketing, Sales Ops, and Finance, and expanding EMEA Mid-Market opportunities through industry relationships and C-level stakeholder engagement.

What you will do

  • Define the sales playbook for the UK Mid-Market Services market and drive revenue growth.
  • Build a high-performance sales culture, role-model Challenger sales, and lead the team to exceed established revenue targets.
  • Leverage industry knowledge and relationships to support sales efforts and identify new opportunities.
  • Partner with Marketing on product launches and marketing communications to strengthen Reddit’s position with challenger brands.
  • Partner with Sales Ops and Finance to develop financial and operating targets aligned to the strategic plan.
  • Represent Reddit in the UK via key industry events and lead EMEA Mid-Market projects to accelerate growth.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in digital media sales.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales management experience.
  • Experience with direct advertiser sales, including negotiations and management of strategic partnerships.
  • Proven ability to elevate sales partnerships by engaging C-level client stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication.
  • Demonstrated career progression in prior roles.
