TL;DR

Global Sales Senior Manager (Retail Media): Building and scaling the global sales engine for Brand Ads across 16 markets with an accent on strategic CPG partnerships and commercial strategy. Focus on codifying the sales playbook, leading a founding commercial team, and partnering with Product to commercialize new ad formats.

Location: Hybrid (London, UK). Must be able to work from the office at least 12 days per month.

What you will do

  • Lead the Retail Media commercial strategy across 16 markets to transform Brand Ads into a scalable and profitable revenue line.
  • Personally manage a portfolio of global CPG brands and key agencies, closing annual Joint Business Plans.
  • Develop and codify the founding sales playbook, including pitch narratives and pricing models.
  • Hire, lead, and develop the founding commercial team and regional sellers.
  • Translate advertiser and agency feedback into Product roadmap inputs to unlock new growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of commercial experience in digital advertising, retail media, or enterprise brand partnerships.
  • Proven track record of direct quota ownership against ambitious revenue targets.
  • Prior team leadership or people management experience in a sales role.
  • Deep fluency in selling to CPG and FMCG brand advertisers.
  • Commercial data-fluency, including experience with attribution, ROAS, and incrementality.
  • Must be based in London, UK.
