What you will do

  • Own and maintain workforce data in Workday, including organizational structures and role changes.
  • Deliver reliable reporting and dashboards on headcount, FTE, and organizational trends.
  • Support workforce planning and forecasting in collaboration with People and Finance teams.
  • Analyze workforce data to identify inconsistencies and emerging patterns.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders as a trusted point of contact for data.
  • Continuously improve data quality and internal processes.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from London
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data integrity across complex datasets.
  • Experience working with workforce or HR data, including headcount and FTE metrics.
  • Proven ability to identify trends and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Competent Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting.
  • Ability to communicate data effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
  • Exposure to workforce planning, people analytics, or organizational design.
  • Experience using Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
  • Understanding of financial processes, budgeting, or forecasting.
